Reaching the end of a job interview, the ranch foreman asked Bucky, ”and what starting pay we’re you looking for?” Bucky said “In the neighborhood of thirty thousand a year depending on the benefits package.”

The foreman said “What would you say to a package of five weeks vacation, 14 paid holidays, full medical and dental, company matching retirement fund of 50% of your salary, and a new Dodge Diesel truck with a matching horse trailer?”

Bucky Sat straight up and said “Wow are you kidding?”

And the foreman replied, “Certainly but you started it.”
